    Sorry I went off yesterday quite early. I was quite tired and we also had a big New Year's Day meal.

    I might be wrong but this is what I am aware of...

    In terms of hardware I believe there are only really 2 providers.

    There is Virgin Media,
    and there is BT - which incorporates every company except Virgin Media, as they lease hardware, phone lines etc, from BT.

    Virgin have their own phone lines.

    If you are currently with a non-Virgin company you will probably have the same problem with another one so I'd try Virgin Media.

    Of course if it's customer service that is the issue then sure shop around as they will all differ!! :)

    I managed about 2 days of winterveil quests, then won a Steamdeck, so I got lost playing with that.  :D

    We used to be with TalkTalk @66Mustang and @Albus_Scope and we had no problem with them,but we switched to Ogi in June and it's been awful.
