I had a really bad night sleep 
I fejt really sick around 1030.  Heart palpitations hot cold then on 2 hours I had 15 trips to the bathroom 
Put if control bladder
Felt nausea again 
Slept til 2 had another pee then woke 730

I still dont feel brilliant

Interesting that some traditions happen not only in Scotland, where you know how to celebrate Hogmanay, but there's some similar elsewhere. A dark-haired male first footing is thought to be lucky. I read somewhere because of the Viking invasions (as they were often fair-haired), that that's why it should be a dark haired stranger!

Hiya I hope you’re keeping well. Yes that was definitely one of the older traditions here someone tall and dark haired was the best to be your first foot. 

I was just reading on Glasgow Live this morning about all the old traditions.
