    I thinks it’s got colder to up here in Scotland the weather is meant to get really cold till end off January.

    Hi I’ve had a quiet day so far tidied up a little then went on my treadmill. 
    My daughters coming soon we are going up to see my mum for an hour.

    Not going for walk today to let my infection in place I won't say heal up :#

    So just relaxing now and having a cup of tea

    Hi @Ada my anxiety is fine now, thanks for asking it's really kind.

    I don't know why I just get anxious about nothing and for no reason, but am OK now.

    Im just home I had a nice visit at my mums, it’s absolutely freezing outside thank goodness I got a lift home.
