Morning everyone I hope yous are good and enjoy your day.
It’s really cold and frosty here, I’m in a lot more pain than normal  when it’s really cold my bones ache.

Hi everyone, we are back from our dog walk. We just did 2 miles / 40 minutes as I’m still in a little pain but getting better.

Morning everyone. I can't walk properly  my toes on left foot are all swollen and painful. Kept waking me up last night. Even hurt when I rest them, welcome to the new year. 
Hope you feel better soon @Lou67 glad the dogs feeling less sick now @Beaver79

Oh no that’s a shame you have my total sympathy I struggle with pain in my toes also.
Could you try either a cold compress or a hot water bottle whatever you prefer to use.
I hope it eases soon ❤️

Yeah if it's still same tomorrow I'll ring 111 I can't go out with it.

The vets are trying to get in touch with the owners as the cat is chipped, it's been on the streets a long time, might of got lost, but I've  not seen no one looking for him. Unless the owner has passed away. @Beaver79 the rspca have my details  I have told them I will adopt him.

Afternoon everyone I hope yous are enjoying your day.
Im just back home I walked up to the local Aldi for a couple off bits, it’s absolutely freezing again and the streets are starting to ice up. 🤦‍♀️

Oh that’s nice.
I was struggling earlier with pain but it eased off and I went a walk to the shop.
It’s turned really frosty and freezing outside so I’m back home with the heating on. Having a quiet night. 😊
