Morning, how's your day going so far?

We never buy cereal @Sandy_123 and a bag of flour lasts about two days so it's not worth transferring it to a container.1

I can imagine 2 days with all your baking, j just hate packets in the cupboards, especially if they are open. Tend to spill out when searching for things. I use lots of different pulses, pastas only 4 the grandkids as im not a fan of it. Lots of different flours for cooking. So looks like im organising the cupboards tomorrow.
You can buy nice battery strip lights that fit under your cupboards in the kitchen too @Teigr1 -
Our wall cupboards came with strip lights,we've also got two built in spotlights above one of the kitchen windows.
The spotlight bulbs conked out years ago and we've never been able to find replacement ones.1 -
That's a shame, I have lots of garden lights but all will need replacing this year I think1
-
The guy who fitted the kitchen warned us that they were a pain to find and a pain to replace,I don't really need them though so I'm not too bothered.
We have two solar powered lights in the garden, they're very temperamental.1 -
Feels a little warmer here even tho temp isn't hope that don't mean snow.1

Mr Teigr just bought some replacement bulbs on Amazon for the downstairs loo light fitting @Sandy_123,the old one lasted for eighteen years.2

Morning all
As this discussion by the wonderful @Sandy_123 has reached over 1200 pages it’s become a little difficult to manage, so with Sandy’s permission we’ve split it off into a new discussion so we can all continue to talk throughout the day.
