    Hi every one I'm having pain days last 2 days so being careful and prodding on I had my b12 @cartha.

    I had them for five years but they stopped them but since they stopped them I feel slit better ha ha maybe I didn't need them any more and I was haveing to much lol

    @lisathomas50 have you been eating food that contains b12? maybe that's the reason you don't need them anymore as you are less anamiac

    Serenity107  I had pernoisios anima  cant spell it properly and I don't hold b12 si I was haveing to have the injections they said for the rest of my life as I have lupus I don't hold many vitamins due to lupus but for some reason after 4 years I kept getting realy poorly so one of my specialists said to stop my b12 and I felt alot better but now I have to have forti sips  drinks thst contains all the vitamins I need I have three a day and have done for a few years and have felt better so maybe the b12 was to harsh  for me not sure

    When my mum had hers she said it made her feel great. I didn't notice any difference after I had mine. When the surgery closed down and I had to move to another, I was told my B12 is fine and I don't need injections. Odd.

    @cartha I felt better when I first had b12 injections then I couldn't tell sny difference then I felt poorly now I am just me with my normal things that happen to me

    Morning all.  It's definitely blowing a gale out there so hold onto your hats if you go out!  Other than working, I've had to nip to hospital for some bloodtests this AM and am glad to be home now  <3  What are you all up to this afternoon?

    @Cher_Scope hope everything is ok with blood results. It's great for drying the washing. Thats pretty much taking my afternoon up and putting it away

    @Sandy_123 Fingers crossed for the blood results, I don't mind a visit to the vampires (phlebotomists) if I'm honest!  The wind is still up here and my cats refuse to go out.  Do you have anything nice planned for the rest of the day?
