Absolutely not @Sandy_123,I'm not watching a single second of this farce of a tournament.1
-
Just had some good news. My Mother's fine for not paying to drop someone off at the airport is £15, not £100. As a gesture of goodwill because it's a new system.
That is a much easier amount to swallow.0 -
I've just turned the football on just as they.scored @Sandy_123
Very cold here today but sun is shining
@ada good afternoon.
@Teigr I sleep much better in the morning don't know why . Hope you get to sleep tonight
@66Mustang lucky escape for you

-
3 0 doing good I'm doing some shouting at tv0
-
What a match and Rashford 3 kicks and he scores number 50
-
Oh I know rashforrrd I'm trying to read a recipe too busy jumping at the TV 5 10
-
I'll be staying up as late as I can @janer1967,this has really messed up my day.0
-
Good start for the England team
@ada we won't forget you so stop panicking. That's not good from the surgery you would have thought they would have let you know about the referral. What dept have you been referred to ?
@Teigr it's very hard to get back into a normal pattern . I go through stages either sleep right through for few weeks or spend most night wide awake . I don't take any sleep tablets unless really desperate I take over counter ones0 -
@Ada a diabetic specialist my gp keeps trying to get me to be referred but I don't like the consultant so I am now under the community team who come out or do phone consult
You may have been referred due to blood sugar result I would ring surgery and find out what your result was and what they have referred you without discussing with you
It's not.a bad thing they may think your medication needs reviewing and it's down to the specialist rather than gp to do that1 -

Good afternoon all, hope your all well - very busy with chats today on the group - must be to do with the weather ha ha - horrible, wet, dull weather here today, don't think its stopped raining at all today, but no strong winds.
Yes @janer1967 had a nice cream cake for lunch today after shopping ha ha, sorting list out for tomorrow, were hoping to make a big dent in our Christmas gifts for family x0 -
@Teigr the ones I have don't work for me unless I take 2 and I don't want to rely on pills . Usually I get up have a cuppa try and relax . I wish I could read but with my sight it puts too much pressure on my eye
Oh well it is what it is I can fall asleep very easily in the day which I try and avoid
Fingers crossed for a better night for you tonight0 -
@janer1967 have you tried listening to audiobooks or podcasts?
0 -
