@SueHeath I had a break from the exercises but started again this week.

He will be here tomorrow taking us to town and will see from there want to do an actual food shop for change this weekend rather than online.  Might treat him to Sunday breakfast at morrisons as a bribe to take me

Nice to have a look around the shop for different foods, hope it's not to busy for you though, breaky sounds good any way. Were doing our normal shop today, just had my daughter in law on the phone, Grandson grazed his arm and the school said they don't want him in ??????? the only thing we can think is it's weeping ??? wont know till we see him, she's dropping him of on the way to work, so no doubt shopping going to cost us bit more ha ha xx

Unbelievable tobg got sent home bit ago as his finger was red from biting his skin off round his nail yet when he dislocated his knee they were sending school minibus to pick him up to make sure he went 

We I won't be getting any sleep now neighbours music started 

The trouble is withactiak food shop is I can't see stuff till it right under my nose so j get frustrated and give up

I have a sore throat and a cough, maybe the start of a cold.  

We are going to go to pick up a Christmas present today.

Thank you @Teddybear12 yes fluids are a good idea, I should actually drink more water based drinks all the time I think, I only really drink milk and coffee.

Hello hello just pop in for a quick catch up you have all been very busy...been raining here too on and off and I have been feeling chilly...been good again today..been sorting kitchen out with hubby, it's so much easier for me to reach things now...all I need at my level...went for a walk...that's it but at least I didn't spend it in bed all day...my cat spike has a up set tummy so been keeping eye on him...hope you are all well
