Good morning @Amberpearl sorry to hear this, it could be an after effect from your jab, nothing to worry about if it is, i always have an off day after i've had mine. I usually have a bit of a rest day and drink plenty of water and have paracetamol. See how you go today darling, try not to worry, lake of sleep doesn't help as you know. x1

Morning, I think @66Mustang passed his germs on, got a sore throat, sound like a frog, cancelled dentist for Monday.1

Afternoon everyone, hope all are doing well. I was out early this morning (early for me anyway...) for a physio appointment and it was properly cold, dragon's breath there and back! I'm feeling quite festive this year. Coming home sore and tired I found my new malden Filofax had arrived! I am very excited to use it as I've never really used a planner or a diary but it will be essential for me soon. Very excited to buy stickers and clips and all sorts of nice things for it!
Now resting. @Teddybear12 good luck with results! Hugs to everyone, have a nice Friday.

Bet your glad to be back @Teddybear12 can have your lunch and a drink
@JoOfVengerberg I used to love getting new filofax each year no use for them now but used to be essential for me was lost without it2 -
afternoon all, i've spent the afternoon sorting through my star wars room, added another cabinet for the display, so i've been busy today, hope everyone has a good rest of your day2

Ohhh I remember Filofax. Same as above they seem obsolete to me now - replaced by technology which is far more efficient but far far less characterful!!!
I might make a thread about old stuff actually!!!1 -
I have a headache now, not good as headaches make my intrusive thoughts worse. I can't really explain why but they do.1

I'm a PhD student so def need at least a diary, I find that writing by hand is different to digital for me, I find digital planning really easy to forget but if I write it down physically it seems to stick a bit better lol!2
