Morning, how's your day going so far?

janer1967

@Durhamjaide I'm going to benidorm

66Mustang

I'm having a cognac, maybe 2, before I go to bed as I have struggled today (with my regular issues in addition to feeling physically unwell) and I think I deserve it. I did just have dinner even though I wasn't that hungry and feel a bit better after eating something.

Hi @JoOfVengerberg Absolutely small wins right. Well done for going to Aldi. There is always another day for other things. Take care.

Thank you I think I might mention fibro to my new surgery. I have a family history the last one just brushed off. I suppose we'll see what happens! Appreciate the support.
