I'm having a cognac, maybe 2, before I go to bed as I have struggled today (with my regular issues in addition to feeling physically unwell) and I think I deserve it. I did just have dinner even though I wasn't that hungry and feel a bit better after eating something.

I think I might mention fibro to my new surgery. I have a family history the last one just brushed off. I suppose we'll see what happens! Appreciate the support.

@Amberpearl sounds like time for blankets and hot cocoa/tea/coffee/your hot drink of choice. and don't forget to eat something, that'll warm you too. i always get warm hands and feet when i eat!
