Hi @Sandy_123 and @Teddybear12 I'm OK today thank you
but no plans for today.
We had the heavy rain and wind last night as well @Teddybear12
I hope you are both all right today.0 -
I thought I was getting a parcel today but it looks like it's still 'at the delivery depot'.0
-
Yes @66Mustang might be popping out later plus I've got a Costa gift card to use from Xmas,
It still might come @Teigr0 -

I have one of those One4All gift cards @Sandy_123 but I don't know what to spend it on.
It can be used in Boots so I might buy some perfume.0 -
Morning all
I hope yous all have a nice day doing whatever yous are doing.
And I hope the ones that didn’t have a decent sleep, have a restful day and a wee snooze.
My son and daughter and there families are taking me to a nice restaurant tonight, I don’t go out much so it’ll be a nice change.
Take care everyone ❤️2 -
@Teigr that happens to me sometimes.
I guess with the Royal Mail strikes there is more demand on other companies at the moment.
@Sandy_123 enjoy your coffee
@Lou67 that is nice of them, I hope you have a nice time1 -
@66Mustang

It's nothing important @66Mustang,just a couple of dresses that were on sale.
I do struggle to resist a bargain.0 -
@Teigr ha ha I do too, I buy almost everything when it's on offer, only exceptions are things like milk and bread. My mindset is even if it's something I have enough of, it saves me buying it when I do need it and it's inevitably full price.0

This has reminded me of my friend's late husband @66Mustang,he kept buying tins of stewed steak because they were half price.
No one liked it and they ended up with so much of it they had to start storing the tins in their greenhouse.2 -
Ha ha @Teigr I had elderly relatives who used to buy things that no one had a use for simply because they were cheap. Like a phone holder that didn't fit anyones phone or a girl's coat when there were no young girls in the family. Bless them.1

He passed away in 2016 @66Mustang,I've often wondered if he mentioned the stewed steak in his will.1

Hi all thanks for your best wishes about me going out.
Its having to be cancelled my wee granddaughter has been up coughing all night. Just out doctors got antibiotics.
Shes to get an MRI on Thursday and getting put to sleep she’s only 3 🤦♀️.
So hopefully she’s fit to still get it.
We can go out another time. ❤️0 -

Thanks so much that’s so nice off you.
It’s her eyes and head that’s getting checked, hopefully just precaution. ❤️0 -
