Hi @Teddybear12 , I made enquiries with Gp a little while back but I have just been ignoring it . I may have to speak to them again. I get really really anxious when I have to get in touch with anyone over the phone . It sounds silly but that's how anxious I get . If it doesn't improve after wearing this splint I will pluck up the courage to get in touch with them . It is very uncomfortable.  Thank you for your kind words 😊. Take care of yourself please 🙂

Hi @Lou67 , sorry for my late reply.  Sorry to hear your sister has this annoying problem.  I feel for her . Yes I have a wrist splint . I think I need to wear it more . I've tried to ignore it if I'm honest . Thanks so much 🙏  . Hope you are alright.  Please take care of yourself

Yes that’s it a splint, oh my sister is the same with wearing it at times, she sd especially in her work she doesn’t wear it.

Might be worth speaking with your doctor for painkillers, or different ones if you take some.

Im doing ok thanks a lot for asking, I wasn’t able to get in the bath since last June to a knee replacement, I got a bath seat fitted from OT on Monday and Iv just had a lovely bath, it might sound daft going on about a bath but it soothes my pains.

@Lou67 ,  I will try to wear the splint more its the sensible thing to do . I will check in with the gp if nothing changes.  You must have had some awful pain whilst waiting for your knee replacement.  Glad you got your operation anyhow . Glad you got a seat fitted so you can have a bath.  You can't beat a bath for soothing.  Sorry again for my late reply.  Please take care of yourself.

Im actually on the list for the other knee to be replaced also, but I’m on decent painkillers, but nothing beats a hot bath. ❤️
