Thanks @Ada yes hospital tomorrow only a routine check to see eye consultant not having anything done just hoping I can be put forward for the laser I need 

Bf here yes gone to bed he gets ip early for work

Sorry to hear you are achey @Amberpearl it's not nice. Have you tried a heat cushion or heat pad on your back as this helps my family members with back pain.

It's raining here but not heavy like yours. It will probably mean the dog gets walked a bit later today though and he will probably get muddy.

Drat, it's started raining here too which is the last thing I want as waiting for scaffolding to be taken down. Have the horrible feeling they're not going to turn up as promised.

Morning @chiarieds,next door are supposed to be having a new roof,their scaffolding's been up for three weeks but the weather's been to bad for the roofers to start work.
