I'm up and had my foot done by my foot care lady . Can get the sandal out now lol

I am yeah making sure everything's tidy, I found the coffee again lol. 
My toes are horrible with the Reynolds, so I won't go near open-toe sandals.  Good to get your feet done tho, I struggle with mine as I can't bend. I'm too sensitive to get them done.

@Sandy_123 I have no choice than to have mine done as foot ulcer was the start of me losing my leg so need to make sure my foot care is spot on also I am diabetic and on top I have peripheral neuropathy so no feeling in my lower leg and foot 

It's also a good excuse to have a gossip lol

Lol I like the gossip part,  I'm always up for that.
Just rang chemist to tell them they havnt issued enough meds, luckily there going to do the missing items, other wise be a night mare with drs. So now got to walk over the field to get them   hopeless they are. Coffee 1st

Ginger is really good for Reynolds and circulation problems Sandy but not for hot flushes ha ha x

Talking of feet can any of you remember the rage few years back, with the little fish in the tanks, you put your feet in and they nibbled all your dead skin.
That didn't last long - i tried it a couple of times x

@SueHeath wow yes remember that lol they would have bloated and exploded if they had been let loose on my feet b4 I started having regular foot care appts

@SueHeath not too good today got abcess on my gum and cold sore so in pain oh well can only get better or worse

sorry to hear that @janer1967 nothing can bring you down more then painful mouth - have you got a dentist in case you need any meds. x

Another nice day. We've been out to Sutton for cafe Nero coffee. Did some shopping but my back won't let me walk any more. So sat in the car while they pick some stuff up. The joys. Wouldn't mind but only walked round tk max

Bless you @Sandy_123 mind you to be fair i've been the same last couple of days - think the gardening caught me out ha ha - 2 granddaughters came to visit today (with mom and dad) so good old grand dad took them out on their scooters gave us chance for adult talk anyway ha ha x

Good morning all, make most of weather  today before cooler air comes in. I've found the coffee again but I also found a coffee and walnut cake, don't mind if I do.
