@Sandy_123
Hi I hope you’ve had a great day, with the grandkids.
Im going to have an early night.
Goodnight friends ❤️1 -
Goodnight everyone.Sorry have meant to say that teddybear12 has left the community, deleting her account & all content. We've also lost JBS2022 (whilst I was away on holiday with my family), who was very helpful. Thank goodness bg844 is back, & @66Mustang has remained on the forum.It's awful when we lose members due to understandably hurtful/abusive comments, & hope the Scope team will be proactive. It's sort of good that all members are considered, as we don't know what they may also be going through, but, IMHO, not great when the community as a whole is badly affected.Harmful/insensitive/abusive comments, especially when they continue, shouldn't be tolerated....literally full stop.2

I think scope teams do alot behind the scenes that the forum doesn't get to know, so it appears they are not proactive. But they are.
I think Adrian summed it up perfectly in his statement to all members.

Agree Sandy, they do, & my comment wasn't meant to reflect this, so apologies for badly wording that. I do appreciate that the Scope team are apparently looking into several recent unfortunate PMs that members have received.My point is that we can have new members join & become abusive (which is almost par for the course), & is usually quickly dealt with, but sometimes the community is also badly affected by other members, which is my concern.Losing thoughtful, helpful members shouldn't, in my humble opinion occur, nor when others show insensitivity, etc. (you can report a post for being 'insensitive or disrespectful,' or 'misleading,' but I dismay that action about these doesn't appear to happen, except in extreme cases), whereas I feel acting upon these promptly would keep this forum an enormously supportive & friendly place for all.The knock on effect from all of the above means we're losing some valuable members; how others continue to remain, I don't know. Perhaps the Scope team might weigh up what benefits the majority of members, & potential future members, against seeming to tolerate such behaviour regardless.

@chiarieds
Morning I hope you are well, and I hope you had a lovely holiday with your family.
With regards the community it is so sad what has went on, and you are right we have lost a lot of people.And it is noticeable.
But luckily there are still some lovely members here who I have become fond of.
Hopefully whoever is causing upset stops, as we all have enough to deal with in our daily lives.
Tale care ❤️1 -
