    Maybe,the air ambulance is called out all the time now because it's almost impossible to get an ordinary ambulance out in under five hours.

    That's good I do put money in their collection boxes but it's nothing really, I don't get how they are not subsidised and the coast guards

    That took ages with the nurse, had all the works done blood pressure  weight, bloods and all the other jargon
    Coffee much needed 
    2nd appointment is a work man to clean the guttering 
    Then chest nurse ringing later
