    Evening all. Been very warm down here , sun from sunrise not a cloud in the sky, currently hiding down the river under a willow tree, there is a slight breeze which is helping but close to a slope where dogs can run into the river , then come out soaking and walk up to me wanting a stroke before shaking themselves dry . Have not got too wet yet..

    @Beaver79 hi yes feeling a lot better today, have moved tree's it's another willow but there is a bench behind it and another place for dogs to get wet. Sarnee time and watch out for sneaky dogs...

    Please please please remember your SPF! :) also remember to top up during the day. I found a great SPF last year by Garnier, it's a spray one, factor 50 and you can wear it over makeup!

    I kept topping up over the weekend as I spent my time off in my hammock with my books :D and I still have a lot left for such a small bottle.

    I’m on late as had another 2 workmen in this morning. It’s turned really nice here again.
    Im going to go out a walk round my block after trying get moving a bit more.
    I managed it on holiday with one off my crutches so decided I better start using it again, till I get my other knee replacement.
