Next door leaves whole slices of bread out for the birds, so there goes the squirrel, running across my shed, dragging a whole piece of bread in his mouth, then puts it on top of my little tree0

Have you ever had a day that makes you think ‘everything happened for a reason?’For me, today was that day.
I took a taxi to a pc repair shop. The route was peppered with road works that slowed down the journey.
When I reached the repair shop there was a nice brown dog sitting in the window. The dog belonged to the owner.I dropped off my broken equipment and went looking for a cafe. Although, I got sidetracked with a beautiful barn owl ornament in another shop window. It was the same colour as the dog. I bought it, but the shop owner took a crazy amount of time to find a box. Eventually, he wrapped the ornament in bubblewrap. I left and decided to catch a bus.
Then, I visited another part of town with a retro video game store. I knew that the owner had to close down because of illness a few months ago. I decided to take a risk and see if it had reopened.
On the way, I saw a train model/hobby store. My niece loves trains and it was the best place to buy some presents for her upcoming birthday.
The retro video game store was still closed and I had to make the long journey back into the city centre.
Feeling exhausted, I stopped to have a bite to eat at an Italian cafe. I had some Arrabiatta pasta.
Feeling rested and recharged, I headed back to the city centre. On the way, I dropped into another retro video game store but decided not to buy anything.
The walk back into the city centre was difficult. So, I sat on a wall for a few moments before heading off again.
At that point, I had the urge to take some photos of the old buildings. I stopped briefly a couple of times and went on my way again.
As I reach the traffic lights, it’s the only time in this drawn out journey of multiple delays that waiting isn’t an option. When I reach the other side, I’m feeling really tired and preoccupied with catching the next train home.
As I’m walking outside a hotel entrance, a person approaches diagonally to my right. At this point, I’m fighting tiredness, muscle pain and the sudden thought that I might be hallucinating. There was a woman in a brown coat who really looked like Whoopi Goldberg.
A few moments later, I saw double numbers on my iPhone clock. The second time in an hour.
The walk into the train station was weird. I’m fighting tiredness, and a range of emotions at what had just happened. After a quick google search, it turned out that it was Whoopi Goldberg. She’s filming a tv show this month.
It’s been a strange day that’s made me think about synchronicity.1 -
That was truly a different kind of day @Autumn_Feeling0
