    Oh hope it doesn’t go any higher, my sons got a day off so  he’s going to take me for me food shop since my daughters away she usually takes me.

    Usually about 160 over 95

    My trauma therapy is at 1pm via phone

    Evening all had a really busy day, seen my friend and then dentist, had some treatment. Struggling with blood sugers being high last few days, got Dr ringing in the afternoon tomorrow
