    Went for my walk today along the local canal it was nice to get out for a bit.

    Hello everyone,  just wanted to say Hello 👋.  Its been a while since I have been on the forum.  I wasn't very well at one point and didn't really feel like doing much at all . I hope everyone is as well as can be . If anyone is not very well or similar circumstances I send the bestest of wishes to you .  I am not staying on long today .     @Sandy_123 yes I do enjoy walking and luckily for me the local canal is really close so I get to walk for exercise and take some great pictures of the countryside and wildlife it also good for mental health.

    @Amberpearl I'm sorry to hear you are not sleeping well. I echo Mustang that seeing a doctor would help. Or, even speaking to your local pharmacist to see what they'd recommend.

    We have a big family get together the weekend so I'm hoping the hairdresser can  work her magic.  It will take awhile as I have really long hair, love having it washed tho when I'm there

    Morning everyone a little late today as it's a Friday I went shopping early to try and avoid the rush before the weekend.

    It's also raining here and just like me I went out with no jacket or brolly lol
