    Well done @66Mustang and @Lou67 I know how hard it is with me I have a sweet tooth but have had to be a little strict with myself. Anyway you should be proud of yourselves.

    I've had a good day today after getting the car sorted I spent a few hours with my mum. I hope everyone has had a good day today as well.

    I am pretty good, we are going away for the weekend tomorrow so it was nice to get the PIP call out of the way before going. I can focus on having a nice time now.

    I'm alright just debating to pop to the village to get weighed or buy some scales, save going to boots all the time, but then it gets me out. 
    A weekend away sounds good anywhere nice

    Yeah it's an excuse to get out.

    That said, do you have to pay to get weighed at Boots? Scales are quite cheap now so you will make the money back quite fast if you invest in your own scales.

    We are going to the south coast near Hastings :)

    I hope your good, I was thinking about buying scales, but I’ve decided against it as I know what I’m like as probably weigh myself to much lol

    Yeah there is that @Lou67 I would be the same, has anyone used boots scales? It shouts out measuring body fat several times, shoppers look over lol luckily it don't say the weight.

    I used them years ago and they were really good.
    But yes thank goodness they don’t shout out your weight lol
