So i'm up again at silly o'clock, these damn nightmares are doing my head in, hopefully i get to see a therapist soon, see if talking therapies can help me.

Sunny and windy here too, having trouble enjoying it though with family member still in hospital. Their predicted discharge day now is Tuesday. They are much improved though.0

@grinchy Glad you feel a bit better!So I looked outside, still breezy but the sun came out, lovely. Half hour later went on lunch with my hammock and book...was tipping it down0

, now it's gone all dark and raining. Its very windy, still hoping to peg out at some point.
I've had a nice day to myself so far, without gran kiddies, washed blow dried and straightened my hair, always makes you feel good. Now debating walking to the shop.0
