    Hi my friends I hope yous are all having a pleasant day. 

    I walked up to my mums earlier had a nice visit  my niece dropped me off back home as my knee was hurting me and I forgot to take any painkillers with me.
    All sorted now.

    @Hannah_Scope I know the feeling I often get a book like that and keep saying to myself put the book down for a bit but then I say oh just one more chapter and before you know it the books finished. Then you're scratching your head thinking what do I read next.

    I've spent the whole day messing around with cakes,annoying because it's been quite nice here and I could've done some work in the garden.

    It rained all night here @Amberpearl,we had a couple of showers this morning(I got caught in one) but it's been dry and sunny since 11 o'clock.

    I had a hard day yesterday due to stress caused by a family member and their addiction and resulting behaviour. Ended up doing a very minor self harm (very shallow cut across palm of hand) but at least I didn’t drink lots of alcohol to cope like I would have done before. I have a session with my support worker tomorrow so I will have a chat about it with them.

    Morning all I hope yous have a great day. 
    I have my granddaughter here just now for an hour, she starts school tomorrow I can’t believe how fast the past 4 years has gone by.

    Hi I’m so sorry you had to deal with that yesterday, I hope your relative is ok today.
    But a massive well done for not drinking the way you would have in the past, it shows how hard you have worked on coping with things, good luck with your support worker tomorrow.
