    Just back from my support worker, the appointment went really well and I got to talk about lots of things that were bothering me. :)

    @Hannah_Scope sadly not, have some family members coming who can cause issues, but we are having a BBQ so that should be nice at least. :)

    I've had a wonderful day, we went to the art gallery and joined a work shop and did some art there that they are displaying for everyone. Then the kids went to toy shop and choose a toy. We had coffee out and lunch. 
    Only thing is now I'm home I'm no good for anything, my legs ache my back aches from walking.

    I know been resting for 2 hours, it's like it every time I go out walkin.  when you go in these super stores you don't  realise how big they are and the amount of walking in Isles you do
