    Been a little colder here today than it has been got a few bits from the local shop and did some cleaning. Hope everyone else's day has been ok so far.

    mixed bag today.
    -id been on a respite holiday at my parents since friday and today i was due to go home.
    in the morning my vintage gameboy watch arrives which made me super happy,i was told it needs a new batery so im taking it to a watch fixer.
    -i got very stressed getting everything ready wiyh my parents coming back home as i find change extremely dificult and i had had all my diazepam.

    -after being back at my home and settling down after a long time, i had started listening to music,but i find out from the suport staff with me that unfortunyly the staff who was suposed to be on with me tomorow morning rang in sick this evening,not giving them enough time to find a regular or bank suport staff so now ive got to have an agency staff who isnt in my regular daily routine and i dont understand what im feeling right now.
    when ive calmed down enough i think i will play retro arch on my phone .

    I'm. Only just starting tk feel better, 2 week cold. Was horrible. I have a nasty double cold sore

    Morning, glad you're feeling a touch better @Amberpearl, my mum caught something pretty bad herself. Had to go on steroids briefly as she started to develop pleurisy. 

    @CATP I hope your day goes well despite the setback. You can get through this :)

    I don’t have any plans today except walk along to my local shop and I maybe sit in the park on the way home.

    Oh that’s good, it wasn’t a bank holiday here I’m up in Scotland, I had a good day yesterday walked up my mums had a good visit, I’m still going my walks and actually enjoying them.
