    @Hannah_Scope lol I thought that when I was in the car leaving it so not like me. Hannah forgive me I let the team down 😂,,,,,there's always another day and I've got a few books to read at the moment (Kicks himself)

    The weather held but it came overcast so I left for home.

    Thanks everyone I'm trying to get my bmi under 25  im 11.4 kg down now in total. I'm hoping to go  down another 9kg, by xmas. Give or take.  Trouble is the weekend be birthday cake floating about. I can walk past the cakes in Costa but I love celebration cakes. No dieting just cut the rubbish out and healthier food choices. 5 a day I aim for.
