I missed your earlier post about my hospital appointment. It’s a week on Wednesday so fingers crossed I get the go ahead. 

I feel I’ve really tried my best with cutting out rubbish and walking. So just need to wait and see 🤞🏾

@Teigr it was for 2 birthdays but not on the days so we just put it back by a week which is not too bad

Not done much today popped to the local shop and got some bits then sat and watched a movie it's been a very dull wet day today although I was told by a shop keeper that it supposed to warm up next weekend fingers crossed.

I hope everyone's had a good day and the people that have not been feeling to good feels better soon

Not had a bad day, today. Woke up feeling reasonably okay. No aches, fatigue no worse than baseline. 6 mins of Yoga done for POTS  awareness month. Cardiology appt, meds upped to see if they help manage my symptoms better. Managed a mooch around Superdrug. Asda delivery (21 mins early), healthy lunch had..  rested and read my book. Wiped now! Ready for bed.

@66Mustang Mostly means the day I don't take it I will be very un-focused and tired. So it rather badly affects my productivity and mood for that day. Hope you feel better soon!

Not a bad morning so far sun's out but it's a little windy I went to the shop to look at getting some baking trays and come home with a new jumper and no baking trays (not sure what happened there)
