Above.

During the first lockdown circa this time last year, I did 2 courses with them in Digital Photography and Scratch coding and achieved Diplomas, and now they're doing an offer, £49  for lifetime membership, reduced from nearly a Grand.

But because I completed both my courses within the first 6 months of a year's subscription at £50 a month last year, I tried to cancel but they wouldn't play ball.

However, now that the cost has been significantly reduced I just tried to sign up again to do a programming course, and they won't honour either of my payment cards.

What does the terms and conditions say in relation to the offer?

I suspect it excludes existing users.

I'm not an existing user, I managed to cancel the account last year, Dad rang 'em up for me.

I would still read their terms and conditions. Perhaps anyone that’s previously held an account is excluded? I’d ring them and ask for clarification why payment was rejected?
