Above.
During the first lockdown circa this time last year, I did 2 courses with them in Digital Photography and Scratch coding and achieved Diplomas, and now they're doing an offer, £49 for lifetime membership, reduced from nearly a Grand.
But because I completed both my courses within the first 6 months of a year's subscription at £50 a month last year, I tried to cancel but they wouldn't play ball.
However, now that the cost has been significantly reduced I just tried to sign up again to do a programming course, and they won't honour either of my payment cards.

I can understand why they wouldn't allow you to cancel, and i'm not sure how we can help?
Only they can tell you why they won't accept your cards as payment.2024 The year of the general election...the time for change is coming 💡 -
What does the terms and conditions say in relation to the offer?I suspect it excludes existing users.
