Sugars are too high and I'm on max meds he said if it's not down by next blood test injections ive stopped honey in my coffee I'd have a little not whole spoon ful. But I yave 4 cups a day so that's stopped. I don't gauge on rubbsh. But he said it's carbs plus I reminded him my thyroid is out again and that will push sugars up and we need stable all we do is lower n higher dose every 3 months

Yeah carbs don't always help. A lot of diabetics reduce their carbs, but don't wipe them from your diet completely. Just reducing them will help a great deal.

I eat a low carb diet and my blood sugar levels are really good. I'm type one though, so for me, if I want some extra carbs, I can adjust the amount of insulin I am going to take to cover the amount of carbs I am going to have, its different for type two because they generally don't use insulin, which type are you?

Did the doctor do a HbA1C? What was the result?
