Ahh ok @Teddybear12 is that due to stomach issues? I am sure there could be a food that causes my stomach issues but it seems like a daunting task to go through the whole of my diet eliminating things to find out.

@66Mustang to help write a food diary eg what you eat each day and then if you have stomach problem look back at what you had to eat

Typical foods that can cause issues you won't like the first
    Cheese
    Cream
    Fried food
    Batter on fish
    Full fat milk

Just a few to think about

Thanks @janer1967 and @Teddybear12 for the tips.

I will have to try keeping a food diary, and have a bit of experiment, like the doctor said it's trial and error.

I have found too many nuts affect my stomach really badly so I stay away from those now. I don't know if that's a common food to affect stomachs or not.

Not sure about tonight, but last night we tried making a Shakshuka, meaning "mixture", something we'd never tried before and it was delicious! It's a dish that comes from North Africa.

Very easy to make too, onions, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, spices, garlic, eggs and cheese all in one pan :)
