I will have to try keeping a food diary, and have a bit of experiment, like the doctor said it's trial and error.
I have found too many nuts affect my stomach really badly so I stay away from those now. I don't know if that's a common food to affect stomachs or not.0 -

Parprika (2 teaspoons) and cumin (1 teaspoon), the recipie also said chili powder, but we don't have any and I'm not that big into chili's, so we compromised and put some Worcestershire sauce on topSueHeath said:
