Thanks @janer1967 and @Teddybear12 for the tips.

I will have to try keeping a food diary, and have a bit of experiment, like the doctor said it's trial and error.

I have found too many nuts affect my stomach really badly so I stay away from those now. I don't know if that's a common food to affect stomachs or not.
The word "to many" helps Mustang ha ha woooo i hope you don't have problems with your cheese - that would be gutting ha ha xx

Their very good for you Teigr, i am fine with them cooked but they can play my stumock up if i eat them raw

Not sure about tonight, but last night we tried making a Shakshuka, meaning "mixture", something we'd never tried before and it was delicious! It's a dish that comes from North Africa.

Very easy to make too, onions, potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, spices, garlic, eggs and cheese all in one pan :)
what spices do you use for that Alex i'd like to give that one a go x

It's the upside of spending most of yesterday in the kitchen preparing a roast dinner @bg844,enough leftovers for another meal tonight.

Parprika (2 teaspoons) and cumin (1 teaspoon), the recipie also said chili powder, but we don't have any and I'm not that big into chili's, so we compromised and put some Worcestershire sauce on top  :D

It honestly was very tasty! You'll have to let me know if you make it @SueHeath!
