    Snap @janer1967 mines in oven finishing off, used butternut squash and potatoe for mash. Got chips in too as veg in the pie, nice with hot gravy on

    Me and my daughter on zoom in our kitchens both cooking tea nattering away

    @Sandy_123 sounds nice I sometimes put carrot and swede in the mash bur toby started to notice lol 😂

    I wasn't sure about the butternut squash but was very tasty. Love suede mash, might do that for Xmas.

    I like swede roasted with butternut squash and roast carrots and parsnips . And swede mash. Only trouble is I'm only one that likes root veg 

    Asda prepared  veg mash is quite nice saves all the tassle when just for me

    I love that type of veg @janer1967 have you tried the tray's that you roast from Asda there nice as well 
    Not sure what were having yet for tonight either sausage or cod in batter x

    @SueHeath yes I often use the prepared roasted veg trays.  I have all veg ready prepared as I can't see safely to chop . If buying not prepared toby is good at chopping
