Snap @janer1967 mines in oven finishing off, used butternut squash and potatoe for mash. Got chips in too as veg in the pie, nice with hot gravy on

I like swede roasted with butternut squash and roast carrots and parsnips . And swede mash. Only trouble is I'm only one that likes root veg
Asda prepared veg mash is quite nice saves all the tassle when just for me

@SueHeath yes I often use the prepared roasted veg trays. I have all veg ready prepared as I can't see safely to chop . If buying not prepared toby is good at chopping1 -
