    It was! and we had some Lemon Chicken leftover, so it will be used tomorrow as part of dinner :)

    @ada I won't send the pdf of corned beef stew, as I think it will include ingredients that you don't like. If you like cheese may I suggest that you melt something like Camembert in a tablespoon of white wine vinegar and then pour it over your green salad? It works for me...

    Going out for meal to tapas restaurant so could be variety of things like 

    Tortilla,  Gambon,  fish croquettes,  meatballs,  potatas bravas, peppers with feta , paella
