    The biggie is that the fresh produce today, is less nutritious then it was a century ago.
    Take a tomato, they are mass produced in indoor farms, it's a bit like taking an original print of the Mona Lisa endlessly photocopying it, in the end you are left with a fuzzy print of the Mona Lisa. So your mass produced tomato has lost it's vitamins and minerals over time. This is what scientists are saying.

    Sorry to hear you think like this @rebel11 i'm a bit of a foodie, so i do understand some things to do with vits/min nutrition etc. I have read about the trials with some farming idea's but they would have to tell you if your food comes from such crops. I do understand the thinking of mass production but the vits etc are still good, yes the taste is probably different i think this is why some people like to buy organic.
