    Had KFC for dinner as a quick grab snack. Not too hungry at the moment so planning on having a curry, putting the leftovers in tubs.

    Have £8 credit on my Deliveroo I forgot about as I rarely use so will be a takeaway tonight before it expires.

    Had an Indian with it, not very often I order one so made a nice change.

    Tonight, Roast Chicken dinner with all the trimmings. Apple Crumble and Custard for afters.

    Kept some salmon back  from  yesterday, so did a flaked salmon salad in a yogurt garlic lemon dressing. Did a small jacket potatoe on the side.
