There's only one company we will keep using after deals run out and that is Gousto. We've almost never had an issue with the quality and we find their range of foods nice. Often doing vegan or veg substitutes for meat too since we're trying to cut down on our meat consumption.
Another reason for us choosing meal boxes is that we are trying to portion control what we eat. This can mean the meals are fairly small portion sized, as bg844 mentions, as they are intended for people eating 3 full meals a day, when often these days people can skip breakfast and even lunch sometimes.0 -
