Had Caribbean-flavoured chicken with honeyed chips last night.

Partner and I use those meal boxes, we just swap between which ones have deals on. We've always had an issue deciding on dinner and then shopping for it so it kinda takes some of the effort away for us. I enjoy the cooking part not the deciding part.

I occasionally buy Hello Fresh boxes when they’re on offer, very good food and quality (just not a very good price usually so I cancel after each box). I would also choose a box for double the amount of people too because the portions can be quite small.

@durhamjaide2001 This week we used HelloFresh as we got the box on a good deal.

There's only one company we will keep using after deals run out and that is Gousto. We've almost never had an issue with the quality and we find their range of foods nice. Often doing vegan or veg substitutes for meat too since we're trying to cut down on our meat consumption.

Another reason for us choosing meal boxes is that we are trying to portion control what we eat. This can mean the meals are fairly small portion sized, as bg844 mentions, as they are intended for people eating 3 full meals a day, when often these days people can skip breakfast and even lunch sometimes.
