    It's roast beef tonight apparently.  Mum donated some nice silverside. :)

    Wow 7 stone is unbelievable @Ada  well done.

    I was very heavy, 22 stone, I am now 18.5. Still a long way to go but on the right track.

    I love tinned tomatoes as well, also mushrooms on toast :yum:
