They do really nice burgers and fries. We usually order as they do delicious malted milkshakes, but they've now removed the malt…and only sent us one shake between us. 😆

Both the rice cooker and the oven have both given up the ghost. So it'll probably be cup noodles tonight. 😊

Hi @Jimm_Scope Cheesy Potato Cakes are good.
3 large potatoes
1 egg
Half cup of cheddar cheese
Boil potatoes, mash with small piece of butter adding a pinch of salt. Chill until no longer warm.
Add egg, shredded cheddar cheese chopped herbs.
Mix all ingredients together, divide into 100gm portions to make small cakes about 1.5 inch thick bit like scones.
Lightly sprinkle with corn flower.
Fry in vegetable oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve warm on plate lined with kitchen roll.
