    I had bolognese pasta bake with salad for tea, was really tasty. Finishing off with some strawberries and yoghurt

    I'm having a Jane Plan chilli - I'm not following the diet, my friend bought it and didn't like the meals.  It won't be low calorie by the time I've pimped it up wich guacamole and soured cream lol
