    I had a rare super processed meal cheese hamwiches with crinkle cut chips snd beans was divine need to get back on diet Monday

    I had an iceland chicken tikka masala and chips pop it in the micro for 10 mins and its ready good value for £1.90 not as good as a proper takeaway but probably better value for money.

    I had roast chicken for lunch so have been eating fresh pineapple for tea.  I'm gonna use the leftover chicken and some of the pineapple to make sweet and sour tomorrow.  That's another one planned!
