    Thanks for posting this link @Sandy_123 - I've often wondered about roasting new/baby potatoes; so they don't need boiling for a few minutes first it seems. The recipe looks good, & I always add Worcestershire sauce to a Shepherd's pie too, so the recipe looks good to me & will try it. :)

    @chiarieds I often roast new or baby potatoes without boiling first the skins if you leave them on go nice and crispy

    Cut them in half if you want put in bowl and toss with tablespoon of oil salt and pepper then put in roasting tin 

    Tossing in pio first rather than drizzling oil over uses less oil and gives even coating

    Thank you too @janer1967 - would definitely leave the skins on, & thank you for your suggestion; I do potato wedges like this with added spices, herbs, & balsamic vinegar.
