    jealous of the alcohol though for some reason - years of meds messing up my system - i cant get even tipsy anymore and for me that used to be part of the fun

    Take away tonight after having hospital appt earlier had to be up and ready for 630 for transport pick up so I can't be bothered cooking

    Went the carvery for lunch, didn’t eat it all was very fatty and the Roast Potatoes was rock hard won’t be going again. I’ll have a sandwich later.

    i keep pigging out im the opposite had steak salaad and halloumi then later soup bread and chocolate cant stop eating
