    I'm loving the med diet at moment,  my fridge looks like a green grocers. Maybe I need pistachios as Im struggling with sweet treats tho.even tho im getting natural sugers from fruits. I need a healthy sweet treat.

    Having some Lentil & Bacon soup for lunch and then I’ll have a Roast Chicken dinner at around 4:30ish and I’ll have some chocolate during the match.

    I’ve been unable to eat proper meals for a few days, the hot weather just makes me feel sick when I think of cooked meals. I’ve been having sandwiches and salads.

    I've got crisps, chocolate, carrot cake. But I'll try only having a slice of cake or 2

    Just started to pour down outside and we are expecting thunder apparently so that might cool it down.

    Sounds like you're all very much stocked up, there's enough snacks even for extra time, dare I suggest :)
