    Very controversial choice that is @bg844 :) I used to have that flavour as a kid but always removed the pineapple :D

    Anybody notice how food changes your mood. I've been eating junk for a week and have felt really low and tired normally have lots of fish and veg etc but been having chocolates etc all the time and feel really low wonder if it's a coincidence.

    @Geegeenumber1 I think you are right that good food puts you in a better mood, also I find I feel guilty when I eat lots of junk food.

    Chocolate is meant to improve your mood but in moderation, I think a whole bar would do the opposite!

    Ha I've been having bars of chocolate never touch the stuff usually. I'm going back to healthy eating Monday. I've been drinkijg loads of diet coke as well which is just toxic. I hope to feel better soon hate being down

    @Geegeenumber1

    Just a question/suggestion but why Monday - why not now? I have done that before with dieting, "I'll start again next week," but the best time to start is right now! As the saying goes there is no time like the present. If you hate being down best to change it sooner rather than later.

    Not having a dig just hoping this will be a bit helpful :)

    Well my diet plan is Mon to Sat with a relaxed day on Sundays where I have a roast and dessert. Today I've already eaten junk so think Monday is good. Il eat a healthy breakfast tomorrow. Plus its 6 weeks from Monday til my holiday. I've been dieting seriously for months and it's physically and emotionally draining I needed the break. But il be glad to get back on track

    Fair enough

    Yes it is hard work, I'm on a diet too and it's not easy, I had a "cheat day" a few days ago where I had some chocolate and whisky ha ha

    Good luck :)
