I mostly never have an appetite
and will go for days with cups of tea and a muffin or a bowl of cereal.
I have that restrictive food thing where I can only eat a very limited range of usually bland foods, all to do with the textures and tastes of things.
This thread actually makes me hungry sometimes, which Is odd because most of the stuff posted I couldn't eat in a million years but they sound so nice..lol
So today I have an appetite and ordered a cheese and onion sub with sweet onion sauce on toasted Italian cheese and herb.
I love those....1 -

Treated myself, light bites, scampi, chips and peas at the local pub for lunch. I was the only customer, how local village pubs keep going,it's a miracle! They are struggling!
Support your local pubs and stores, and post office, they need as much help as possible! Once gone, gone forevermore!
Might do a homemade(yes,i can do homemade, due to 1970s education, when girls did metalwork and woodwork, and boys did sewing and cooking)! Lol
That's a blast from the past! Lol
Yes,i can use a sewing machine! Lol
Back on topic! Lol.
Might do a small veg stew, with crusty bread! Lol

Fish pie and onion rings
Easier said than done @gaz1960 majority of local businesses are not accessible to wheelchair users, too small or steps, high shelves
I live in smallish village with around 30 businesses/shops and can only access 8
There are 3 pharmacy but I can only get in 1 of them1 -
Today I had Peppered Steak pie, chips, peas and gravy. Haven’t had effort to cook so got from the chippy because I have been out all day. Glad to say tomorrow I’ll chill!0
