SEN Holiday Clubs

I have been given an all-clear to run a holiday club through a school that I already work in. I have had 5 + years running holiday clubs that do not specialize in SEN and this will be my first experience in running an SEN specialist holiday club.
To start up I will only be catering for primary children from this school (An Autism specialist school).
Now with my multiple years working in an Autism specialist provision and running holiday clubs, I feel we will have a great structure for the children that attend (Multiple activities, No pressure, multiple sensory rooms etc).
Now what I am trying to gauge a good idea of is the price I put on the holiday club. With my Holiday clubs previously I have charged £30-40 a day. With this new holiday club I am aiming to produce a staff to children ratio of 1:3 so that all children are supported to the fullest.
I would like some advice on what others do/would charge
I would like to know how others will structure out their days. I am looking for at 8am start to 3pm finish to full in line with there school hours. These hours will be filled with sports, crafts, and other activities throughout the day which they will all be sent, with times of the events, to the children before turning up to the club.
Any advice would be welcome!
Thankyou
