Hi. I got awarded LCWRA on the 25-01-2021 and apprantly I have to wait 3 months. I asked how is it assessed and they said;
Assesment period 06-05-2021 - 05-06-2021 payment date 12-06-2021
My payment for UC is 12th of every month., my question is will I get back dated from the 25-01-2021 or get nothing at all. From my calculations it should be back dated 4 months?

Hi
It depends when you declared your medical condition
There is a full 3 month assessment period waiting time till you get any payment and this isnt backdated
So if you declared it on date you have given their explanation is correct -
Well Its for ADHD I've always gave them a sick not for years then December 2020 I tried to work but got sacked due to my condition so I put a sick note it again in Jan 2021

It will be a new claim then so yes still correct
Did you get the LCWRA payment before you started to work in dec -
