    Hi there 

    There should be dots next to the descriptors which show what points have been recommended 

    Add them up for daily living and mobility separate and thus should indicate recommended award

    Hi @Daisyt1996 - On your assessment report, ticks have been used. Look at the following link & you will see a similar list of activities, & against each one the points that may be awarded. Add the points up for the daily living & mobility sections separately, then let us know.

    Ok I was 11 on daily 

    and 10 on mobility

    So on the page you posted the box ticked is 9(b). Looking at the link chiarieds posted you can see that 9(b) is worth 2 points.
    Total the points for Daily Living and Mobility separately.
    If you get 8 points you get a standard rate award, if you get 12 points you get an enhanced ward (if the Decision maker goes with the report).

    Thank you I got someone to help me and I think we worked through it right. Only time will tell. Can’t be grateful enough for you guys tho for all your help

    @ajones to be fair wen I read through report a lot was wrong I did not even recall her asking me some of questions on there that was in bit she had put about at bottom

    @ajones she did seem lovely on phone tho I’m not going to lie but there were things in report I do not recall at all. Really weird to be honest but let’s see wen real letter comes and what will be will be

    mine is new claim. Was only asking as my friend renewed hers and they been a mix up I’ve told her to add this group for help. 

    No mine is a brand new claim I’m was wondering tho so newer claims take more time than renewals
